These Terms form the agreement between CorgiBet and every person who registers or uses our services. They govern account access, casino play, deposits, withdrawals, promotions, verification, safer-gambling controls and support. Creating an account or continuing to use it confirms acceptance of these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
Effective Date: 18 July 2026 Last Updated: 18 July 2026
Definitions
Account means the personal player account. Real-money balance means cleared funds available without bonus restrictions. Bonus funds are promotional funds governed by separate conditions. KYC covers identity, age, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds checks. Restricted activity includes fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, bonus abuse and unauthorised payment use.
Eligibility and legal age
You must meet the legal gambling age and be legally permitted to use our services from your location. You may not register for another person, allow a minor to use your account or return while a self-exclusion applies. We can request proof of age before allowing a deposit, promotion or withdrawal.
Registration and account security
Only one account is permitted per player unless we approve otherwise. Registration information must be complete and accurate, including legal name, date of birth, address, email and telephone number. You must protect your password, secure your device and report suspected unauthorised access immediately.
Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or shared. Duplicate accounts may be suspended, merged or closed, and related bonus claims or balances may be reviewed before settlement.
Identity and financial verification
We may request government-issued identification, a selfie, proof of address, proof of payment-method ownership, bank statements or source-of-funds evidence. Documents must be valid, legible and consistent with the account. Deposits, play, promotions or withdrawals can be restricted while a review remains open.
False documents, unexplained discrepancies or refusal to complete a required check can result in rejected transactions, suspension or closure. Enhanced checks may apply where transaction value, behaviour or payment routing requires additional assessment.
Deposits and account balances
Deposits must come from a payment method held in the account holder’s name. The cashier displays the available currencies, providers and current minimum or maximum amount. Failed, reversed or charged-back deposits do not create a valid balance.
An account is not a bank account and must not be used simply to move or store money. A withdrawal following little or no gameplay may require payment review, verification or additional information.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal availability depends on the cashier, account status, payment route, completed KYC and any active bonus. A request can move through pending, review, approved, processing, paid, rejected or returned stages. The payment provider begins its own processing after internal approval.
We may return a withdrawal to the original method where payment matching applies. Large withdrawals can be paid in instalments under the displayed daily, weekly or monthly limits. A bank rejection, incorrect wallet address, unresolved ownership check or open source-of-funds review may delay or reject a request.
Bonuses and promotions
Each offer has separate rules for eligibility, activation, minimum deposit, wagering, expiry, game contribution, maximum bet and withdrawal. Read the promotion terms before opting in. A multi-deposit welcome offer credits each stage separately and does not grant the full advertised cap on the first deposit.
Duplicate claims, opposite betting, collusion, low-risk wagering schemes, delayed-round abuse and use of excluded games to circumvent wagering are prohibited. Where a rule is breached, we may remove bonus funds and directly related winnings after reviewing the account record.
Games and accepted bets
A bet is accepted when recorded by our game system. The server record, transaction history and game-round identifier provide the controlling evidence. If your internet connection fails after a round has been accepted, the server result remains valid.
Obvious pricing errors, duplicate settlements, game malfunction or incorrect payout displays may lead to a void round or balance correction. Funds created by a technical or payment error do not become valid winnings merely because they appeared temporarily in an account.
Prohibited conduct
Fraud, collusion, automated play, bots, false documentation, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, multi-accounting and interference with a game or payment system are prohibited. VPN or proxy use intended to evade location, identity or account restrictions is also prohibited. We may freeze funds and activity while investigating.
Suspension, closure and inactivity
We may restrict or close an account for a Terms breach, security concern, regulatory request, self-exclusion or prolonged inactivity. Before settling a closed account, we can remove invalid bonuses, correct errors and complete mandatory checks. You can request closure through account settings or support.
Account limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion rules
CorgiBet provides deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion. A lower limit may apply promptly; an increase or removal may involve a waiting period. A self-excluded player must not create or use another account.
Intellectual property and site use
Our trademarks, text, interfaces, graphics and software are protected. Personal use is permitted. Scraping, resale, reverse engineering, impersonation, security testing without permission and interference with site operation are prohibited.
Liability
Gambling carries a risk of financial loss and CorgiBet does not guarantee winnings or income. We are not responsible for loss caused by an insecure device, disclosed password, personal internet failure or conduct that breaches these Terms. Nothing in this clause excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint to [email protected] with the registered email, relevant date, transaction or game-round ID and requested resolution. We review system records, account history and earlier correspondence. If the first response does not resolve the issue, request escalation to the complaints team.
Changes, severability and contact
We may change these Terms to reflect service, security or legal developments. The updated date appears above and a material change may be notified through the account. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
